Triathlon in Antigua
A triathlon took place today around the beaches of ffryes and Darkwood. It was an especially hot day and the contestants had it tough.
Ken Jackson (Antigua) 1st in Tin man triathlon class mixed. Well done ! I have never felt that I could do this sport it looks gruelling with the cycle swim and run taking it out of you. This is Darkwood beach in the background.
